Refund Policy

1. Service Satisfaction
  • We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with a service, please notify us within 48 hours to discuss a remedy (e.g., complimentary adjustment or partial refund).

  • No cash refunds will be issued for completed services. Adjustments are offered at the salon’s discretion.

2. Cancellations & Deposits
  • Prepaid deposits (for appointments over ZAR 500 or group bookings) are:

    • Refundable if cancelled ≥ 24 hours before the appointment.

    • Non-refundable for late cancellations (< 24 hours) or no-shows.

3. Product Returns
  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days for a full refund.

  • Opened products may only be returned if faulty or expired (proof of purchase required).

4. Exceptions
  • Allergies/Reactions: If a product causes an adverse reaction (with medical proof), we’ll offer a refund or exchange.

  • Service Guarantee: Issues must be reported within 48 hours. Refused adjustments void refund eligibility.

5. How to Request a Refund
  1. Contact us via email at bookingeclatbeaute@gmail.com within the specified timeframe.

  2. Provide your booking details and reason for the request.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via original payment method.

Note: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
